DISCLAIMER AGREEMENT AND RELEASE
Brian D. Dawson, trading and doing business (for fun only and not for profit!) as Game Fest Parties!, (Lanpartypa.net, or Lanpartypa.com, hereinafter LAN Party ) his friends and participants, from time to time organize and sponsor LAN Parties at nearby locations which are herein referred to as the Event Location. By accepting this Agreement by clicking the acceptance button shown below, any and all participants expressly understand and agree that under no circumstances will either Brian D. Dawson or any of his friends and other participants be liable for any injury or damage to any participants, equipment or person while entering into or upon the Event Location or due to the condition of the Event Location at the time of the Event, or while any participant is leaving the Event Location. Participants equipment and personal safety, and or health and well-being are their sole personal responsibility. In addition Brian D. Dawson, LAN Party or his friends and participants are not and will not be held responsible or liable for any game or intellectual property, piracy or theft occurring before, during or after an Event. All participants should be aware that software/game/program piracy is illegal and all participants are responsible for software/games/programs that are in their machines before, during, and after an Event. All participants are encouraged anti-viral software and current definitions installed prior to participating in and Event, and if a virus or other malicious code become available in The Wild on the LAN during this event Brian D. Dawson, LAN Party, his friends and other participants will cooperate fully with federal, state, and local authorities in order to determine the identity individual(s} who created or are responsible for such virus or malicious code. All participants MUST strictly adhere to the rules of LAN Party, which are set forth below. Should any participant be asked to leave an Event because of his or her conduct or behavior the amount that they may have contributed to defray the cost and expense to conduct the Event will not be refunded. By attending a LAN Party Event each participant grants to LAN Party the right to use their image, likeness, or name for the purpose of promoting future LAN Party Events and gaming products. BY CLICKING ON THE I AGREE BUTTON BELOW AND IN CONSIDERATION OF THE FACT THAT I/WE HAVE BEEN PERMITTED TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS EVENT, AND WITH THE INTENT TO BE LEGALLY BOUND HEREBY, THE PARTICIPANTS(S) AGREES TO RELEASE AND DISCHARGE BRIAN D.
